關於Wish Express 優缺點分析

Wish Express已經推出一段時間了,那你知道加入的優點或缺點了嗎?

 

 

Wish Express 必須要有

(1)在5個工作日內完成配送

(2)有效的跟蹤資訊

(3)海外倉

 

如何申請:

自主提報已經在海外倉有貨的產品,

符合Wish Express的物流時效條件的產品將獲得海外倉當地國一定的流量帶動。

申請時需要提供海外倉的情況,只要商品有庫存跟5天發貨時間就可以申請。

申請後,添加或刪除wish express商品,都必須透過客戶經理。

 

優點:

  • 增加的產品在Wish上的流量, Wish Express產品將會平均獲得3倍多的流量。
  • Wish Express 標識通過告知使用者將快速收到訂單的方式極大地提升轉化率。
  • Wish Express 商戶可設置退貨倉庫以接收退貨。如果買家申請退款,買家將被要求退回產品到商戶指定的退貨倉庫。目前只能寄美國的商品退回美國倉,其他地區尚無此服務。

 

缺點:

  • 需使用海外倉才能做到5天內配送的服務,也必須使海外倉保持庫存避免延遲發貨或沒有庫存需要取消訂單。

(以下為例外國家,但交貨工作日一樣需要較短時間)

  • 延遲送達或取消訂單比率超過5%,會被罰款訂單金額的15%
  • 若無庫存,必須從原國發貨,必須與客戶經理解釋,因WISH會抓取訂單發送國位置。
  • 增加及刪除WISH EXPRESS的商品都需與客戶經理聯絡,無法說刪除就直接刪除。
  • 買家若因商品延遲送達而要求退款,不一定會退還該商品

 

 

以下為政策規範

#1. If an item is shipped without valid tracking and a customer requests a refund: 商品沒有有效的追蹤號碼

  • Merchant will not be paid for the order 賣家不會收到退款
  • Customer will not be required to return the item 買家不被要求歸還商品
  • Merchant may not dispute by providing retroactive tracking information 賣家不能申訴

 

#2. If an item is not confirmed delivered by the required deadline and customer requests refund for late shipping: 買家因延遲收到貨要求退款

  • This is considered a late arrival and will increase the late arrival rate of the product and the merchant 被視為延遲送達,評分中的延遲發貨率%數會增加
  • Merchant will not be paid for the order賣家不會收到退款
  • Customer will not be required to return the item 買家不被要求歸還商品
  • Merchant may not dispute by providing retroactive tracking information 賣家不能申訴

 

#3. If a product’s late arrival rate is > 5%: 單項商品延遲送達率

  • Merchant is fined the product’s rev-share (15%) for each Wish Express order which arrived late 被罰款該訂單金額的15%
  • Merchant will have 100% refund responsibility over all refunds, including refunds for non-Wish Express orders, for 14 days 負起退款責任,提供14天內退款
  • Product will be removed from Wish Express 該商品會從Wish Express中刪除
  • Merchant may re-apply to program 2 weeks after removal 兩周後才能重新向客戶經理申請添加該商品

 

#4. If a merchant’s late arrival rate is > 5%: 整體商店延遲送達率

  • Merchant is fined the product’s rev-share (15%) for each Wish Express order which arrived late 被罰款每筆訂單金額的15%
  • Merchant will have 100% refund responsibility over all refunds, including refunds for non-Wish Express orders, for 14 days
  • All of a merchant’s products are removed from Wish Express program 商店中的Wish Express商品會全數被刪除
  • Merchant may re-apply to program 2 weeks after removal

 

#5. If a product’s pre-fulfillment cancelation rate is > 5%: 商品產生訂單後的取消率

  • Merchant is fined the product’s rev-share (15%) for each Wish Express order which was canceled by the merchant 賣家被罰款該訂單金額15%
  • Merchant will have 100% refund responsibility over all refunds, including refunds for non-Wish Express orders, for 14 days
  • Product is removed from Wish Express
  • Merchant may re-apply the product to program 2 weeks after removal

 

#6. If a merchant’s pre-fulfillment cancelation rate is > 5%: 賣家取消訂單率

  • Merchant is fined the product’s rev-share (15%) for each Wish Express order which was canceled by the merchant 賣家被罰款15%(賣家取消的每個Wish Express 訂單的產品)
  • Merchant will have 100% refund responsibility over all refunds, including refunds for non-Wish Express orders, for 14 days
  • All of a merchant’s products are removed from Wish Express program 商店中的Wish Express商品會全數被刪除
  • Merchant may re-apply the program 2 weeks after removal
